Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location for Falmouth, close to homemade jams, and the harbour area where there were plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit. Also, near the beach.

Particularly good and marvellous location in Falmouth, right by the harbour area where there were plenty of shops, Penzance, Truro, and many other destinations and many beautiful shops, pubs and restaurants. The location turned out to be quiet, near to pubs to visit, shops, restaurants and pubs, and the town center and beach. The morning meal was warm with preserves and granola, as for instance. The staff was helpful, as well as owner. No complaints whatsoever, I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would come back for sure.

The place was charming and exceptionally friendly, nothing too much trouble, strongly recommend. The staff were amiable and provided help. The hotel was in a handy location, to the harbour area. And it was also next to Lyonesse Guest House, very friendly hosts, homemade toasted bread and homemade jams perfect, and the Lyonesse.

Easy to get to gyllyngvase beach, Falmouth Art Gallery was also near the hotel. Lovely breakfast for the start of the day. Location was within 5 min walking distance to Gyllyngvase. We greatly enjoyed staying at lyonesse guest house;))
